These are just the things that we find critical to a good investigation.  

01 - DO NOT Investigate Alone

02 - Wear clothing appropriate for the conditions and location

03 - Have Extra Batteries

04 - Keep conversations to a minimum

05 - Have Patience

06 - DO NOT talk in Whispers

07 - If you make a noise ... state that you made it

08 - DO NOT Panic ... DO NOT Run

09 - Always look for a reason ... Debunk when possible

10 - Trust what people tell you ... Verify through Investigating

11 - When possible have Back-up Equipment

12 - NEVER Summon anything that you can not put back ... DO NOT open doors that you can not close

13 - Remember that every 1 hour in the field is up to 4 hours of evidence analysis and review
